I had a fantastic time at this place tonight. The ribs were delicious, and the drinks were excellent. The service was wonderful, and the waiter and management did a great job. The tall African American gentleman also made us feel very welcome.

Janique had the best customer service! if you ever are coming down to New Orleans, I would say definitely try this hard rock café because the she was so kind and patient. She was honestly family. Her mannerism and attitude were very much appreciated! I honestly could not had a better time if it was them for janique.

I’d never eaten at a Hard Rock Cafe but I was getting tired of eating creole food in New Orleans and was craving a cheese burger. The burger was well beyond my expectations and apple cobbler was amazing. If you get there before 4pm ask to be seated in “Cee’s” section. She was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable about the menu and a real pleasure to talk to.

We stopped in to the Hard Rock Cafe in the French Quarter, New Orleans Louisiana. Just for a brief respite from walking around. We just ordered a snack of onion rings and a drink. It was refreshing. The surrounds were exactly what you would expect in a Hard Rock. The waitress was delightful and very helpful. We enjoyed the experience.

Amazing service especially for the middle of Mardi Gras. The food is good not anything to brag about selection wise but it's fresh and quick. The only draw back about this location and it's not a bad thing it's just everytime I have been here it's freezing . They got the AC on so freaking high but I wouldn't change it just make sure you bring a sweater and if you are at the tables next to the stage be prepared to freeze. Staff is amazing tho if it's too cold for you they have no problem relocating you. Amazing job Hard Rock NOLA!!!

Carlisa was our waitress and the manager Jerry. We ate at the Hard Rock Hotel in New Orleans and it was SO good. I had the Smashburger and the Hurricane, and both were absolutely perfect. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right — one of those meals you’re still thinking about later. 😋 The Hurricane was strong, delicious, and exactly what you want when you’re in New Orleans. The atmosphere was fun, the service was great, and everything came out fresh and fast. If you’re visiting NOLA, this spot is 100% worth it. We’ll definitely be back! The manager was super nice and it gave our 4-year-old a messi toy. Highly recommend

Hard a great time. Southern hospitality amazing. The server was extremely attentive and helpful. Then the manager comes over and he had all of us laughing. We told him we were from Detroit and he told us we bought the could weather with us. I've eaten at other Hard Rock locations, but by fare this was the best experience I've had in a long time.
